Phyllis Streit joined Cumberland Advisors in 2008 after 23 years as Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of W.H. Streit, Inc. and affiliates Walker Diving Contractors and Portadam, Inc. Phyllis holds a Master and Bachelor of science degree in accounting from Strayer University.

Phyllis is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cumberland Advisors and is responsible for all aspects of accounting and internal control implementation.  She is also the Human Resource Manager and responsible for pension and insurance management.

Phyllis served as Elk Township, NJ, Committeewoman from 2001-2004, with appointments on the Finance, MUA, Personnel, Recreation, and Public Works Committees.  She also served as a board member of the Elk Township Combined Planning and Zoning Board from 1999–2000 and 2004–2007, and served in various capacities on the Elk Township Recreation Committee from 1998–2005, the Elk Township Little League from 1996–2003, and Aura Home & School Association from 1993-2001.
