Divad Valles is the New Accounts Manager for Cumberland Advisors. She joined the firm in 2004.
In her role as New Accounts Manager, Divad is responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, including client-custodian liaison services, legal documentation, asset transfers, and client records. She manages a team and works with other managers to define policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective workflows to provide an optimal client service experience. Divad’s multifaceted years of experience in the industry provides for rapid issue identification and resolution. She ensures that the New Accounts team aids the firm’s Investment Advisor Representatives to present a positive introduction to the firm.
