- Fed pulling liquidity out of markets to dampen inflation causing volatility
- Significant institutional put options buying action seen early in the week

John Mousseau and Fixed Income
- Treasury yields higher across the board this week
- Fed officials putting on a unified front to battle inflation
- Muni issuers bringing deals cheap, with longer end still very attractive
- Foreclosures and installment debt picking up will likely lead to more softening
