Amy Jones, CIPM

Amy Jones, CIPM serves as a Performance Consultant for Cumberland Advisors and as a Principal at Guardian Performance Solutions LLC (GPS). In her role, she works as a direct extension of advisers’ in-house teams to oversee the composite reporting and GIPS compliance process. With over 20 years of experience, Amy has applied and interpreted the GIPS standards across a wide range of situations, advising firms of all sizes on compliance and best practices.

Amy began her career at an accounting firm specializing in GIPS verification services for advisory firms across the U.S., spanning diverse sizes and levels of complexity. She also worked for a regulatory compliance consulting firm where she created compliance programs, performed annual reviews, conducted risk assessments and filed Form ADV documents for registered investment advisory firms.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and holds a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). A recognized voice in the industry, Amy is also a frequent speaker and author on topics related to performance advertising compliance and performance measurement.
