Benjamin C. Pease
President of Asset Management
Benjamin Pease is EVP and President of Asset Management with responsibility for developing and leading strategic growth objectives within the Asset Management business line. Ben serves on the Executive Committee. His oversight includes fixed income portfolio management, SMA product, business development, and client experience. Ben is also responsible for identifying and implementing forward-thinking strategies for the firm to foster an innovative culture.
Ben brings over 25 years of experience to his role, including nine years at Breckinridge Capital Advisors in Boston where he served as Head of Trading, a member of the Investment Committee, and a member of the Risk Committee. Previously, he was Vice President of TD Asset Management USA. Ben's extensive experience spans trading, investment management, system efficiencies, and the scalability of customized separately managed accounts (SMA).
Ben holds a BS in Economics and Finance and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and continuing professional education in the areas of change management and executive leadership from Cornell University.
