Mark J. Myers
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operations Officer
Mark Myers is the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for the firm’s financial and operations areas. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Mark joined Cumberland in June of 2019.
Mark brings to his role over 35 years of experience in management and financial accounting in the financial services industry. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for two community banks, most recently First Priority Financial Corp./First Priority Bank in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Mark’s experience includes strategic planning and budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, operations and project management. Mark has a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and has a Series 65 license.
